It is possible that we have to import high technology from foreign countries. We do not want to refrain from the splendid benefits of the revolutions in the computer and telecommunication technology. We also want to introduce such high technology in our country and we want to avail the happiness and facility accrued from such technology. But for this purpose we need not import the goods of such technology. But we should do technical collaboration to produce high tech goods in our country. But in such collaboration also we should see that we are not exploited by foreigners under the excuse of such high tech collaboration. So such collaborations should be limited only for 5 years and conditions of royalties etc should not be detrimental to the interests of our country. We should know that in our great country there exists enough intelligence and skill and we are quite competent to produce anything. We have already developed highest high tech product such a super computer without the help of foreign country. We are sending rockets and satellites in the space. If we go ahead with confidence, we can surely compete and defeat to USA. But however we do not want to remain narrow minded. So we can freely make technical collaborations for any high tech product required in our country.
